At the end of a tour I give each of the tourees an envelope with a removable post-it on it that has my TipPot QR code on it. If the end of the last day of the tour has tickets involved, then I put these in the envelope. If there are no tickets involved (i.e. a UK tour) then I write the tourees a thank you note on a postcard and put that in the envelope.
